Custom precision injection moulding service
We offer a complete design, toolmaking and moulding service and have extensive experience in manufacturing a large range of components for the automotive industry, such as speedometers, light covers, counters, rubber sleeving for diagnostic tools and much more.
We are a precision moulder and work under very tight tolerances - we can deliver the attention to detail and precision required in the automotive industry. We're very experienced with extremely small precision mouldings and can make products from 1mm in size, up to approximately A4 size.

Custom vacuum forming service
We also offer a complete vacuum forming service including design & tooling. Vacuum formed trays are very suitable for the storage and transportation of equipment. We design them with useful features such as finger recesses to make inserting and removing the parts from the tray easier, slots to fit the parts in the tray neatly, and grips to hold parts securely in the tray. They can be designed to nest or stack as well.

140+ off-the-peg styles of trays for storage of sensitive equipment
Our standard trays service allows you to choose from our 140+ range of pocketed trays, eminently suitable for the transportation & storage of sensitive equipment & tools. They are available in black, white & clear HIPS, as well as in a range of HIPS colours and in black conductive HIPS for the protection of electronic components. Matching lids are also available. Our standard tray system works as follows:
1. Choose the type of tray you need by pocket size, number of pockets or tray size
2. Choose the material you need
3. We make them for you in 2 to 3 working days.

Toolcraft make the injection moulded plastic cases and rubber sleeves for our diagnostic tools, as well as some of our other products. In most instances they make the injection moulding tools as well as the mouldings, but we've also moved some of our other tools to Toolcraft to produce the mouldings, which has worked out very well. They provide a great service and constant high product quality and we can truly recommend them.
