We offer 3 main services for the electronics industry: a very large range of vacuum formed antistatic plastic trays; conductive tote boxes with trays to fit; and a completely custom injection moulding and vacuum forming service.
Antistatic transportation and storage trays - fast
Our standard trays service allows you to choose from our 140+ range of pocketed trays, eminently suitable for the transportation & storage of memory chips, pcbs and other sensitive electronic components. They are available in black, white, white ECO & clear HIPS, as well as in a range of HIPS colours and in black conductive HIPS. Matching lids are also available. Our standard tray system works as follows:
1. Choose the type of tray you need by pocket size, number of pockets or tray size
2. Choose the material you need
3. We make them for you in 2 to 3 working days.

Conductive tote boxes - tote box trays - tote box lids - tote box inserts
Ideal for the protection of sensitive and delicate electronic parts, our conductive tote boxes come in a range of different sizes. They are available on their own or matched with a number of our conductive standard trays. If we don't have a tray available that suits your needs, you can make use of our custom or adaptable tray service to complete your tote box. Custom precision injection moulding & vacuum forming service
We offer a complete design, toolmaking and moulding & vacuum forming service and have extensive experience in manufacturing a large range of components for the electronics industry, such as electrical connectors, moulded plugs, enclosures and protective sleeving.
We are a precision moulder and work under very tight tolerances - we can deliver the attention to detail and precision required when working with sensitive electronics. We're very experienced with extremely small precision mouldings, as well as insert- and overmouldings, and can make products from 1mm in size.
