We also offer a complete vacuum forming service including design & tooling. Vacuum formed trays are a simple and smart way of producing display trays. We’ve made trays for till displays and fridge displays for example. They can be produced in a range of standard colours and with special finishes, such as a felt finish. They can also have a range of special features, such as finger recesses and grip features as well as embossed or engraved text.
Vacuum forming also eminently lends itself to producing packaging (think sandwich packs) and can be made with hinges and snap-shut features. Clamshell packaging is most often made in large quantities, but we can produce small quantities for you.

If you need a more simple solution than a custom made tray, our standard trays service might be just right for you. Choose from our 140+ range of pocketed trays, eminently suitable for the display and storage of small items. They are available in black, white, white ECO & clear HIPS, as well as in a range of standard HIPS colours and with special finishes such as mirror, pinseal and felt-coated. Matching lids are also available. Our standard tray system works as follows:
1. Choose the type of tray you need by pocket size, number of pockets or tray size
2. Choose the material you need
3. We make them for you in 2 to 3 working days.

Pad & hot foil printing service
