| Our largest in-house service is precision plastic injection moulding. With over 30 injection moulding machines (20 - 180 ton), we can make plastic mouldings from 1 to 300 mm2 (12"2). 20 of these plastic moulding machines can be repositioned to make precision injection mouldings for you more cost effectively than with standard injection moulding machines. |

This benefits you by reducing setup costs typically incurred by ordering smaller moulding quantities, several times a year, and those by stock holding injection mouldings that you don't immediately require. As colour compounding is often unviable due to large minimum quantities we offer solutions with colour masterbatches & natural colour plastic material - We can get from ¼ kg of Clariants 200+ standard colours, thus making small batches of coloured mouldings feasible for you.
