vacuum formed standard memory chip trays

We've recently developed 4 different size vacuum formed trays which have multiple slots in the sides to accept standard memory chips or PCB. Alternatively, plastic dividers can be fitted in the slots to partition the trays to suit different size PCB or other non memory chip items.

All of our vacuum formed memory chip trays have fixed width slots. The slots in the SODI25 trays are suitable for SODIMM laptop memory chips, whereas the slots in the DIMM25 trays are suitable for DIMM desktop memory chips.

 

If you used the optional dividers instead of memory chips in the slots, you could partition the trays in to e.g. 2 different length pockets to accept packs of laptop or desktop memory chips lengthways.

 

Alternatively, you could use the dividers to create trays with variable size pockets for different sizes of component instead of buying several types of our standard trays which have fixed size pockets.

 

The trays are vacuum formed in antistatic material for memory chips and static sensitive devices but can also be vacuum formed in clear, black or white standard material for non static sensitive items.
