  • If you prefer, you can have vacuum formed trays or parts custom made to your specific needs up to 1330 x 620 x 406 mm.

  • Our adaptable trays offer you the best of both options above by enabling you to customise the size, shape & number of pockets of one of our standard trays
    You only pay once to modify the existing tool & can still use the existing roller cutter.

For post production cutting of vacuum formed parts, we have 1 x Edwards and 1 x Illig roller cutting machines, plus guillotines, routers, band saws and CNC milling machines.

We have experience of vacuum forming many materials including :-
  • ABS, HDPE, HIPS, PETG, PP, PVC & Styrolux in thickness' of up to 6 mm.

We can also make vacuum formed parts in a range of colours and grades including :-
  • high impact, conductive, UV stable & V0 fire retardant + matt, gloss, mirror & pinseal finishes
