Below: Our third vacuum forming option is adaptable trays - Our adaptable trays are based on standard vac formed trays but are customisable to your design & intended for when you need something more specific than standard vac formed trays in low quantities & at lower cost
	Style 2 of 2 is based on one of our standard vac formed trays which has an overall tray size of 255 mm x 305 mm. Keeping to this overall size, we will then modify the pockets of the existing tool to the number, size, shape & depth of your design or needs (view design tips). Note: Style 2 can have a tray/pocket depth of 25 mm (max.) You save money as it costs less to modify the existing tool than making a new one & we use the existing roller cutter to cut your formings from the plastic sheet. Also, there are no tool costs to pay out, as the cost of the modification is amortised into the quantity of trays you order the first time (FIRST £). If you need more later, you order from our standard trays range (STD. £).
