Below: Our third vacuum forming option is adaptable standard trays - Our adaptable standard trays are a combination of custom & standard trays and are intended for when you need something more specific than standard trays but in low quantities & at lower cost
	Style 1 of 2 below is based on one of our low cost standard trays which has an overall tray size of 244 x 244 mm. Keeping to this overall size, we will then modify the pockets of the existing tool to the number, size, shape & depth of your design or needs (view design tips). Note: Style 1 can have tray/pocket depth of 22 mm (max.) You save money as it costs less to modify the existing tool than making a new one & we use the existing roller cutter to cut your formings from the plastic sheet. Also, there are no tool costs to pay out, as the cost of the modification is amortised into the quantity of trays you order the first time (FIRST £). If you need more later, you order from our standard trays range (STD. £).
