Like the S7xxx & S7Pxx trays, the tooling for the S1xxx plastic packaging trays comprises of a 30 mm deep tray outer frame & inserts to make the standard pocket sizes above.

However, the pockets can be moved from their standard (F1:) depth positions above to lower down (F2:) in the tray outer frame to make trays with effective pocket depths of up to 30 mm & allow taller parts to fit in the trays - view image
