In addition to SLA and SLS models, we also offer cnc machining of plastic parts and machined models.

Whilst SLA models are great for painted visual models and SLS models are good for more robust working models with snap fits, living hinges etc, if you need models in specific plastic materials or with properties closest to the finished moulding, then machined plastic models are the best option.

As well as machined models, we offer cnc machining of plastic parts - particularly useful if :-
- the quantity of plastic parts required is too low to justify the plastic injection mould tool cost
- by cnc machining existing plastic parts, you can offer your customers other variants which would otherwise require separate plastic injection mould tools to be made.
