Finding the right plastic tray

Our plastic trays are available in more than 150 designs. They're great for all sorts of storage and transport applications, but with so many to choose from, you may not be able to see the wood for the, erm, trays. Our online tray finder can be organised according to your needs: you can e.g. sort by overall tray sizes, by pocket sizes & whether they have a matching lid.

What makes Toolcraft plastic trays extra special ?

Nesting or stacking features

Nesting pockets save space & create a close fitting lid for each pocket.

Stacking trays sit securely on top of each other, protecting the contents from the weight of the trays placed on top.

Moveable pockets

Most of our trays have pockets which can be moved from their standard position to lower down in the tray the outer frame. This gives your plastic tray an effectiveEffective Pocket Depth explainedIf a e.g. 20 mm deep pocket is moved from 20 mm to 30 mm from the top of the tray, 30 mm parts will fit in the pockets without poking above the top of the tray. This movement makes an Effective Pocket Depth of 30 mm, but the actual pocket depth remains 20 mm.

Our trays are available in black, white, a range of colours, white ECO recycled, clear, black antistatic and oil & chemical resistant materials.

 

Special finishes such as mirror, pinseal, carbon fibre effects and flocked (felt) coated plastics are available too. These are priced per order.
