Like our other standard plastic trays, these S3Txx trays are strong and are often used as dunnage trays. Our S3Txx trays fit inside standard 400 x 300 mm tote boxes and are available in antistatic, black, clear, coloured, oil and chemical resistant, recycled & standard white plastic materials.

The tooling for the S3Txx dunnage trays comprises of a 355 x 255 x 28 mm tray outer frame & inserts to make the standard pocket sizes above. Like the S7xxx & S7Pxx trays, the S3Txx pockets can be moved from their standard F1 depth positions above to lower F2 in the tray outer frame to make trays with effectiveEffective Pocket Depth explainedIf a e.g. 20 mm deep pocket is moved from 20 mm to 30 mm from the top of the tray, 30 mm parts will fit in the pockets without poking above the top of the tray. This movement makes an Effective Pocket Depth of 30 mm, but the actual pocket depth remains 20 mm.  pocket depths of up to 28 mm & allow taller parts to fit in the trays.
