Like the S1xxx trays, the tooling for the S7xxx multi pocket trays comprises of a 388x388x30 mm tray outer frame and inserts to make the standard pocket sizes listed above. However, the pockets can be moved from their standard F1 depth positions above to lower down F2 in the tray outer frame to make trays with effectiveEffective Pocket Depth explainedIf a e.g. 20 mm deep pocket is moved from 20 mm to 30 mm from the top of the tray, 30 mm parts will fit in the pockets without poking above the top of the tray. This movement makes an Effective Pocket Depth of 30 mm, but the actual pocket depth remains 20 mm.  pocket depths of up to 30 mm and allow taller parts to fit in the trays.
