Low cost Adaptable Standard Trays
Our adaptable standard trays are a combination of custom & standard trays and are intended for when you need something more specific than standard trays, but in low quantities & at lower cost.
The F1 adaptable tray is based on our 244 x 244 mm F1001 low cost standard trays. Keeping to this overall size, we'll modify the pockets of the existing tool to the number, size, shape & depth of your design or needs - for help, view our design tips.
Note: F1 trays can have a maximum pocket depth of 22 mm.
Adaptable trays save you money as it costs less to modify the existing tool than making a new one & we use the existing roller cutter to cut your trays from the plastic sheet.
There are no tool costs to pay for, as the cost of the modification is amortised into the quantity of trays you order the first time - see FIRST £ below.
