The trays arrived ok, earlier than said which was great. From start to finish the ordering was excellent with updates from your company. This time with the trays we went a little thicker and with the oil resistant material, to work with the rust preventer we use. In the time they have been on the shop floor, we haven't had any problems. We use the trays for a high volume part number ( Fuel injection burner head ) and they fit in the trays just right. The part will go through 15 different processes in the trays. The trays are used in house and will also be used on other small products as well. Overall we are pleased with the service and will be looking at other trays in the near future to suit our products.

Toolcraft have produced our slide valve plastic injection mouldings for over 10 years. To have them safely shipped to us, we provided Toolcraft with cardboard packaging trays. When we could no longer source these, Toolcraft offered us an excellent solution. They made a free tool insert to fit within one of their existing vacuum forming Tray Frames to make us a batch of plastic trays, complete with matching lids instead. The new plastic tray is the same size as the old cardboard packaging tray, so that it still fits our existing boxes. The new tray is much sturdier, ensuring safe transport of our product.
