We recently ordered some of Toolcraft's plastic trays to facilitate production of parts, used in our prosthetic ankles & limbs, and we're very satisfied with them. The trays make it easier to control parts as they're less likely to be damaged and they're easier to count when stocked on the shelves. We also use the trays to transport parts throughout the production process and for final storage. The ordering process was easy and the trays were of good quality on both orders.

We just used the new trays to package a batch of resonant inductive targets and they worked really well. The high walls and thick plastic keep the trays from bending in the middle, and the cavities are deep enough to prevent the layers separating and allowing parts to escape. There’s very little space for the parts to move around in transit, and just enough space to avoid parts being compressed by the layer above. Toolcraft's communication and assistance in selecting the right tray was great.
