The tooling for the S1xxx plastic packaging trays comprises of a 275 x 275 x 33 mm tray outer frame & inserts to make the standard pocket sizes above. Like the S7xxx & S7Pxx trays, the S1xxx pockets can be moved from their standard F1 depth positions above to lower down F2 in the tray outer frame to make trays with effectiveEffective Pocket Depth explainedIf a e.g. 20 mm deep pocket is moved from 20 mm to 30 mm from the top of the tray, 30 mm parts will fit in the pockets without poking above the top of the tray. This movement makes an Effective Pocket Depth of 30 mm, but the actual pocket depth remains 20 mm.  pocket depths of up to 30 mm & allow taller parts to fit in the trays.
