Technical injection moulding service

We offer a complete design, toolmaking and plastic moulding service and have extensive experience in manufacturing a large range of components for the aerospace & defence industry, such as instrument parts, components for fighter pilot glasses, deflector shields, brackets and much more. We'd love to be able to show you more examples, but as we have confidentiality agreements in place on most of these products, we can't !

Custom vacuum formed plastic products & trays

We also offer a complete vacuum forming service including design & tooling. Vacuum formed parts can be a cost-effective way of producing simple products with a low production run.

 

Vacuum formed plastic trays are very suitable for the storage and transportation of equipment. We design them with useful features such as finger recesses to make inserting and removing the parts from the tray easier, slots to fit the parts in the tray neatly, and grips to hold parts securely in the tray. They can be designed to nest or stack as well.

 

We’ve made trays for gauges and instrument parts for example, as well as a range of other vacuum formed products such as custom made covers and even the odd model plane ! For more information, have a look at our custom vacuum forming pages.

150+ styles of trays for storage of sensitive equipment

Our standard trays service allows you to choose from our 150+ range of pocketed trays, eminently suitable for the transportation & storage of sensitive equipment & tools. They are available in black, white, ECO recycled & clear plastics, as well as in a range of HIPS colours and in black conductive HIPS. Matching lids are also available.
