Adaptable Trays customisable to your design
Our adaptable trays are based on standard vac formed trays but are customisable to your design & intended for when you need something more specific than standard vac formed trays in low quantities & at lower cost.
The P3 adaptable tray is based on our 305 x 255 mm P3025 standard vac formed trays. Keeping to this overall size, we'll modify the pockets of the existing tool to the number, size, shape & depth of your design or needs - for help, view our design tips.
Note: P3 trays can have a maximum pocket depth of 25 mm.
Adaptable trays save you money as it costs less to modify the existing tool than making a new one & we use the existing roller cutter to cut your trays from the plastic sheet.
There are no tool costs to pay for, as the cost of the modification is amortised into the quantity of trays you order the first time - see FIRST £ below.
