Toolcraft have been our principal plastic injection moulders since 2001, when we placed a large number of tools with them. They mould over 50 different filters and filter parts for us, in a wide range of plastic materials, including transparent PA12 and chemical resistant PVDF. They've also made some injection mould tools for us since then and we're very happy with their quality and service.

Save time by sending us your design files. We can work with :-
DWG, DXF, IGES, JPEG, MS Office, Parasolid, PDF, Pro-Engineer, SolidWorks, and STEP - STL can be used, but are not preferred.

 

Don't have files ?

Send us an existing sample part or e-mail a scanned / digital camera image with :-

• important part sizes
  If your parts must fit inside e.g. a packaging box, send us the internal box sizes.
• plastic material you need the parts made from
  e.g. ABS, PA6, PP for plastic mouldings or e.g. 2 mm thick HIPS for vacuum formed trays.
  If you don't know the plastic material type you need, let us know the part properties required e.g. UV light resistance, fire retardancy etc.
• colours or transparency required
• batch quantities
