Custom Trays - Tooling Solutions
We can either use your existing vacuum forming tool to make more trays for you or if you only have an existing plastic tray, we may be able to use it to resin cast a new tool which speeds up the lead time and saves on toolmaking costs.
Our experienced designers can also design a custom tray for you from scratch, or we can manufacture the new tool to your design - we'll always check your design for compatability with the vacuum forming process and advice you if redesigns are needed to ensure the plastic trays are formed properly.

Custom Plastic Trays - Materials & Colours
We can make your custom trays in high impact, conductive, oil+chemical resistant, recycled, UV stable & V0 fire retardant plastic materials.
We can also make trays in a range of standard colours, as well as flocked (felt coated) plastic which is ideal for presentation boxes.
Finally, special effect plastics, such as leathergrain, pinseal, gloss & carbon fibre, are available too.
