These E3Txx economy tote box trays are shallower than our other Sxxxx type standard trays and are made from lightweight 0.5mm thick plastic material. This makes them to cheaper to buy, and as they weigh less and you can fit more in each box, they'll help reduce your transport costs.

Our E3Txx trays fit inside standard 400 x 300 mm tote boxes and are available in standard black, coloured, oil and chemical resistant or white plastic materials.

The tooling for the E3Txx tote box trays comprises of a 355 x 255 x 20 mm tray outer frame & inserts to make the standard pocket sizes above. Like the S7xxx & S7Pxx trays, the E3Txx pockets can be moved from their standard F1 depth positions above to lower F2 in the tray outer frame to make trays with effectiveEffective Pocket Depth explainedIf a e.g. 20 mm deep pocket is moved from 20 mm to 30 mm from the top of the tray, 30 mm parts will fit in the pockets without poking above the top of the tray. This movement makes an Effective Pocket Depth of 30 mm, but the actual pocket depth remains 20 mm.  pocket depths of up to 20 mm & allow taller parts to fit in the trays.
